Three special editions of the Fiat 500 have just been released - the Blackjack, 500CbyDIESEL and Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari.

Just 200 examples of the Fiat 500 BlackJack special edition will be built, priced from £12,165 for the 1.2-litre edition. As its name suggests, the BlackJack only comes in one colour - matt black, which Fiat claims reflects the 500's "irreverent and mysterious nature".

The matt black paint is complemented by smoked metallic trim, black 16-inch alloy wheels with red detailing and red brake calipers on the 1.4-litre model.

Next up is the 500CbyDIESEL, which, rather confusingly, is available with a 1.2- or 1.4-litre petrol engine, priced at £14,865 and £16,265 respectively. Diesel refers to the fashion brand of course, but for those who are still in doubt, the company's logo features on the 16-inch alloy wheels, the door pillar, boot lid, denim upholstery and gear lever.

Black, green and a stone-washed denim-inspired blue paint are offered along with black, ivory or red soft tops.

For those looking for even more exclusivity, only 152 examples of the Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari will be built, each costing £29,600.

All are finished in Ferrari red, with carbon fibre wing mirrors and a grey finish to the 17-inch alloy wheels, front air intakes and bonnet stripes.

Inside, a carbon fibre dashboard, carbon bucket seats, trimmed in leather and suede headlining go some way towards justifying its price. Power from its 1.4-litre, turbocharged engine is raised to 180bhp, with a top speed of 140mph.
