Seat's fastest, most powerful production car ever, the Leon Cupra R, will hit dealerships nationwide on April 1, with prices starting from £25,205.
The fire-breathing Leon is powered by a 261bhp, 2-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which produces a class-leading 258lb/ft of pulling power. This helps it to sprint from 0-62mph in 6.2 seconds and on to a top speed of 155mph.
Despite this headline-grabbing performance, combined fuel economy stands at just under 35mpg, while CO2 emissions are rated at 190g/km.
The 'R' detailing on the front grille will distinguish the top-of-the-range Cupra R from its less powerful siblings.
It is fitted with 19-inch 'Potenza' alloy wheels, twin exhaust tips, an integrated rear diffuser, a rear spoiler and an exclusive Sport engine cover.
On the inside, quilted leather bucket front seats, gloss black trim and 'R' badging on the seats, steering wheel and dash complete the sporty look.
