The ultra-powerful Mercedes ML 63 AMG has been given a new look for 2010. The main changes are a restyled nose, gloss chromed front and rear underguard, darkened bi-xenon headlamps and revised tail lamps, which incorporate a clear-lens design and LED technology.
It is powered by AMG's 6.3-litre V8 engine, which produces 510bhp and 464 lb/ft of torque. This means it is capable of accelerating from 0-62mph in 5 seconds before going on to an electronically-limited top speed of 150mph.
As before, it's fitted with an AMG seven-speed G-Tronic automatic transmission, which has three drive modes. The permanent all-wheel drive system splits power 40:60 between the front and rear wheels to provide optimum agility and a sporty ride.
The ML 63 AMG comes with AMG sports suspension, 5-spoke AMG alloy wheels, electrically adjustable and heated AMG sports seats finished in nappa leather and an AMG sports steering wheel with AMG aluminium shift paddles.
The updated Mercedes ML 63 AMG is available to order now for first deliveries in July. Prices will start at 105,077 euros - just over £87,000.
