New-look Honda Jazz for 2011

The spacious Honda Jazz supermini will have a new look and more efficient engines from February 2011. Both front and rear bumpers have been redesigned, with a sportier look which also improves its aerodynamics.
There have been slight tweaks to the suspension too, and Honda claims the ride and handling have been improved.
Honda has re-introduced a continuously variable transmission (CVT) automatic transmission to the range, providing smooth acceleration with no gear changes. It's available as an option with the 1.4-litre petrol and it's standard with the Jazz Hybrid.
Sharing technology with the Honda Insight Hybrid and CR-Z, the eco-friendly Jazz averages 62.8mpg and emits 104g/km of CO2.
Inside, there are chrome rings for the air vents, instruments and climate controls and leather upholstery is available for the first time. There's also a darker new material used across the dashboard.
The rear seats can now slide by 73mm, allowing rear passengers more comfortable seating on longer journeys.
Both 1.2-litre and 1.4-litre petrol engines have slightly reduced CO2 emissions of 123g/km and 126g/km respectively and average 51.4 and 53.3mpg.
Models start from £11,295 for the 1.2-litre S, while the Jazz Hybrid is available from £15,995.
