The Vauxhall Astra was the best-selling used car in the UK during the first six months of 2010, according to figures released by Auto Trader.
The research shows that more than 156,000 used Vauxhall Astras were sold during the first half of the year, accounting for 4.6 per cent of the used car market.
The Ford Fiesta was the second most popular used car, with more than 150,000 sales, followed by the Vauxhall Corsa in third with 148,000.
