SMS Vehicle Alerts Terms & Conditions
- If you have elected to receive SMS Vehicle Alerts, we will notify you about any new vehicle ads you have elected to be notified about as they first appear on the site.
- Subject to point 6 below, SMS Vehicle Alerts are free to receive within the UK. If you are outside of the UK, you may be charged by your network operator at the appropriate rate. You will be charged at your standard network rate to send a reply text to confirm your "opt in" for SMS Vehicle Alerts.
- We accept no responsibility for SMS Vehicle Alerts that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage or very any other reason beyond our control.
- You may only set up a maximum of one SMS Vehicle Alert at any one time.
- We reserve the right at any time to cancel your subscription to receive SMS Vehicle Alerts.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee for receiving SMS Vehicle Alerts. You will have the right to unsubscribe to any SMS Vehicle Alerts that you will be charged for.
- If after the receipt of three SMS Vehicle Alerts, the results sent to you are not accessed, SMS Vehicle Alerts will be cancelled. SMS Vehicle Alerts can be restarted for a period of two weeks by accessing the 'Saved Search' section of the site.
- You can unsubscribe from the SMS Vehicle Alerts by accessing the 'Saved Search' section of the site.
- You will automatically be unsubscribed from the SMS Vehicle Alerts in the event that the corresponding 'Saved Search' is deleted.
- Alert management information will be deleted from the 'Saved Search' page if your cookies are deleted. These can be reset through the link in your SMS Vehicle Alert.
