We all know that to buy a Bugatti Veyron you need to be a billionaire. Routine service? That'll be £13,465. Set of four tyres every 2,500 miles? £23,500. New wheels every third tyre change as recommended by Bugatti? Another £29,900.

The answer? Buy a Mercedes lorry, paint it in a matching livery and use it to transport your supercar wherever you go - exactly what the owner of this Veyron has done. The 2007 model has already clocked-up 4,800 miles and is decked out in French racing blue with matching dark blue interior.

But its USP is the fact it comes with its own Mercedes-Benz Atego transporter. Painted to match, it features a tilting precious-cargo box and a ramp which slides out in order to load the supercar with minimum fuss. The price? A mere snip at £782,000. Almost reasonable.

If you're not a fan of blue, there is currently a used Bugatti Veyron in white for sale on Auto Trader.
