There are plenty of engineers who reckon harnessing the sun's rays could be the answer to our energy crisis - because whether you think cars are a huge cause of global warming or not, oil will run out.
But those building these things have a long way to go. Cheap motoring, yes; stylish and rapid transport, most certainly not.
